If we are unable to deliver a shipment because of an incorrect address we will make all reasonable efforts to find the correct address. We will notify you of the correction and deliver or attempt to deliver the shipment to the correct address additional charges may apply if the correct address is different from the one shown on the consignment note or the label affixed to your shipment. Deliveries to post office box number are only accepted if the telephone number of the consignee is also provided and you agree that if we are unable to deliver the shipment at the first attempt then we may post the shipment to the consignee and proof of posting is sufficient proof of delivery.
Where we are unable to complete the delivery of a shipment, we will try to leave a notice at the receiver’s address stating that delivery has been attempted and the whereabouts of the shipment. If delivery has not been made after one more attempt by us or the receiver refuses to accept delivery, we will try to contact you and agree on the appropriate next action. You agree to pay us any costs we incur in forwarding, disposing of returning the shipment, and our charges (if any) for making a third or more delivery attempts.
We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@outlethouse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@outlethouse.com.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
